

Volume legs redux [barbell cardio] WE’RE WALKING FUNNY THIS WEEKEND 🥳🔥🥳🔥🥳🔥⬇️ If you don’t believe me that this is cardio wait you’ve never worked a minute plus long set with a barbell Back squat 10 sets @ 235, reps are as follows: Set 1 - 20 reps Set 2 - 19 reps Set 3 - 18 reps . . . Set 10 - 11 reps Then, 3 minutes of plank (as many sets as necessary) I recommend doing a set of body weight lunges between sets to keep your legs warm you will dissociate and lose track of your rest time if you pick the right weight haha, cheers 😘
