

Who wants some protein? 😏 by popular demand I’m gonna start posting my workouts in the captions, I was a professional trainer for a while so I’m happy to discuss fitness/diet etc in DMs (tips appreciated 😉) Today’s menu: Am - Cardio: 5 mile run (conversational pace) Pm - Upper: 3 Supersets: each superset is 5 sets of each movement, max repetitions (at least 10 reps) bench: 225lbs bentover row: 135lbs, 155, 175, 185, 190 incline bench: 185lbs wide grip pull ups: (body weight) seated Arnold press (dumbbells): 40s, 50s, 60s, 50s, 40s upright row: 115lbs
