If you have not yet, go purchase a website domain, and set the home page up as an email/news letter subscribe option. Blast out the link to all your subs/followers. This will allow them to provide you their email address so you can compile all of your loyal fans contact info in one location.
From there you can update them with where they can find your content as things continue to change!
