I’m having a really rough day, when I first got coco 5 days ago I didn’t know too much about ways dogs are bred and that they could come from shitty breeders or even that puppy mills were a thing. Growing up I never really got to have a puppy so I never learned these things. I just thought that for the $ I spent to get her she wouldn’t be handed to me sick. The first 2 hours With her I realized she had a cough... kennel cough, which is common in puppies. She also is in her deworming stage with her vaccines. Two of which I thought I could take to the vet and all was going to be okay. All of a sudden 3 days ago she was starting to feel weak and not as active or eating much. This morning I woke up hoping she just had a weird day and is just not feeling good because of kennel cough and worms. I didnt want to keep waiting till my vet appt tomorrow so I took her to the hospital today. She now has hook worms, kennel cough, Parvo and has had a 🩸💉 transfusion due to being anemic. I then got another call saying she’s having seizures and possibly distemper later on during the night. Which they are now testing for. I am heartbroken and never thought my first ever puppy would turn out like this. Please everyone pray for my baby CoCo. I just want her to fight this battle❤️ Any prayers or If you guys would like to help me out financially in any way that would also be really nice due to insane hospital bills, they literally had me drop over 5k today already. But most of all I just want coco to be okay, she is currently in the hospital now and will be in there 5-8 days minimum.
