I’ve had a bit of a mixture of food and gut problems, random bouts of depression and all through the holidays and silly season. You might be surprised to hear I am quite self conscious, yes even working in the porn industry.. However I’ve recently found some solace in working out after years of personal skepticism. If you have trouble sometimes keeping active is one of the most important things you can do. For me, although working out would be beneficial for my content, the key was using music to make it something to look to forward to everyday! I’m looking forward to making some new solo content soon, maybe even after a solid work out 💪 💦
