Added 2021-07-23 20:20:35 +0000 UTCI have written before about how often the most beautiful and the saddest things in my life (and I think in many others too) are very close to each other. And that became very clear again today. My grandfather (the last of my grandparents) unfortunately died very unexpectedly. I still don't quite realise it and it is so "incomprehensible" because he was still very fit. But at least he could do the things he loved until the last moment and didn't have to suffer. But for me it is somehow super hard right now, because the idea that our baby has a great-grandfather from my side was somehow always very nice and I didn't even thought that it could be different. 💔
