

I should of started this from day one. I’ll try to keep up with it week by week. The pain is pretty much gone, I’m back to riding my horses, rodeo Friday & Saturday. I just double up sports bra when I ride so they don’t really have any room to bounce around. I still can’t really lift anything super heavy but I can lift my saddle on my horse no problem. 🤙🏼 That’s all that matters! I try my best to be careful with them. Doctor told me not to ride for 4-6 weeks 🖕🏼 I’m good to go. 🤠
