

💕 Lazy Lunch Bircher Muesli 💕
Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp of oats
• 2 tbsp of milk
• 1 tbsp of yoghurt (any will work)
• 1 grated apple (peeled)
• cinnamon
1. Mix oats, milk and cinnamon.
2. Add yoghurt and grate apple
3. Add more cinnamon if necessary
You can also mix oats with maple syrup and roast in the oven to make granola, in case you need some cronch. Just make ahead and keep in a box.
This was my lunch during my first semester of university and I gotta say I still love it. 💕
