Hey y’all this is my review on Prime Tacos. Had to put something hot in my mouth for y’all 🔥 i tried the Hot Cheeto Burger & 1 queso birria taco and oooooooo that shit was smackin. A little backstory on the Hot Cheeto Burger, I found out about this through my coworker who actually works as a cook with Prime Tacos. They are based out of the Chicago area and they are the creators of the Hot Cheeto Burger, Hot Cheeto Tamales, & Hot Cheeto Burrito dropping this weekend!!! Prime Tacos has been doing “pop ups” all over the Chicago area providing their culinary creations to locals, this pandemic ain’t stopping shit. Let’s help them take off and sell out at the next pop up as well!
Hot Cheeto Burger I give it a 8/10, eating junk food you can never get rid of that guilty, unhealthy stomach feeling when your done eating it but oooooo FUCK. I don’t even like burgers like that but these buns were crispy with Cheeto crumbs. The crispiness and spicy ness of this burger was perfect. They put caramelized onions in it along with cheese sauce & Cheetos under the meat patty. The flavors mixed well to create a very unique burger.
Queso Birria Tacos 10/10
These mfs were small not gon lie but MMMM FUCK they was good, these tacos are made with cheese & goat meat. The shell is fried/hard. The meat is juicy and perfect flavor wise. The salsa served with the tacos is also bomb. Loved them, I will be back next weekend to eat tacos, hand out passes to my gym, & do m e e t
& greets.
