

Sorry guys for me beeing little off past days, iv had lot of stuff in my personal life, but here atleast i post some pic from gym, btw this shape im consistently holding can be achieved, just doing gym 5days a week + i love to go on raves/ like music party a lot, and there you burn a lot calories, also i walk each day like 10000steps, + eating like 2-3 times a day normal food that contains everything is also important.
