I tweaked the ending. Not the visuals. The whole beginning is about using Smalls for the experiments. So the Mysterious Guy is the one in control. But in the old ending. He gave control to Smalls. Which caused his dick to go out of control. That didn't make sense for the Mysterious Guy. So now it's him who triggers it. Smalls kept demanding him to make it bigger. MG didn't like that. So he turns it up to max.
