Saturday morning Prescott and I were the first ones up (which is the way I like it). I LOVE all the activity and noise in the house when everyone is home...but I NEED to start my day quiet and slow. We moved quietly through the house as we grabbed our coffee and headed out to the front porch. The kids slowly joined us one by one over the next couple of hours. The kids and Prescott made omelets for me for a late brunch and then we all played Secret Hitler forever. If you haven't played that game (or Mafia, which is similar), you should! It's tons of fun. PLUS you get a pretty darn good idea of EXACTLY how your kids MIGHT go about lying to you...if they ever lied to you...which of course, MY kids would NEVER do. lolololololol
Just be warned, your kids will also find out EXACTLY how good YOU are at lying too. lolol. I've told you about how sweet and innocent Prescott comes off to everyone who knows him. I'm pretty sure he blew the kids minds with how clever he was about covering his tracks and making people believe he was a Liberal when he wasn't just a fascist...he was actually freakin' Hitler himself. lololol
