If you're open to playing with just half of a couple, confirm for yourself that the other half knows and is down with it BEFORE you agree to the playdate. This means actually talking to the other half. DO NOT rely solely on the report of the person who wants to play solo. DO NOT rely solely on a DM or text that could have easily been sent by the party that wants to play solo. I know, I know, these tips/rules aren’t exactly sexy…but it is so worth it follow them.
