I don’t measure but you need-
Eggs- seasonings- cheese- fully cooked meat.
Preheat oven to 350
Grease muffin tin (I use butter wrappers to grease pans)
Beat your eggs (not your dick right now, we’re cooking).
Mix in your seasonings, cheese, & meat.
Pour 1/3 cup mix in each muffin space, top with some more cheese, bake 20 minutes.
Let cool, eat, or save for your meal prep for an on the go breakfast.
