But I practiced with patience and today I can see the results. …still a long way to go, building strength and mobility in those shoulders is my challenge! This post is to teach you that being a beginner is a good thing, don’t force your body to do what it is not ready to do. Yoga is a practice for the mind 😉 the body will follow
