I have provided variations and taking into account if you are a beginner, intermediate or more advanced. It’s also encouraged to switch equipment in how you are doing each exercise often to keep your body guessing. Example: Flat Barbell Bench Press, the next time could be Flat Dumbbell Press or Cables/Machine.
