HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! 🎉🎉🎉 Today I turn a year older, the big one 🙈 But I feel better than ever. Mentally I feel in my early 20’s as I feel I have a lot more experiences to meet before I feel truly grown up. I’ll always be myself, and I hope and will work towards this being a fantastic year ahead. For all of you: thank you for the following, thank you for allowing me to be who I am and do it daily. Thank you all for the happy birthdays across my social media’s, it’s very much heartfelt. Here is a video taken today after my first training session in a week since Spain. This physique can be improved and will be improved. 2 more weeks until I see more of this world. 2 more weeks to focus. Then let’s slowly crank up that muscle gain once again as this year I want to outdo myself in every way and bring myself even closer to the scientifically perfect proportions (which I am only lacking now in the width department for my shoulders/lats) I’m bringing sexy BACK!
