I take every opportunity to indulge, even though I shouldn't be. I've listened to some doctor's orders....but not in regard to what you'd imagine. I had to make short-term changes to prolong my gains and make them even more massive. As with my other health update videos, this isn't for the faint or those who aren't into the more extreme morbid parts of gaining.
