Zoey Ziptie goes to the paramedic with complains about something going on with her vagina. Upon lifting her shirt, the paramedic notices an alien vagina hugger hugging her vagina. He frantically attempts to remove it using a variety of tools while Zoey is freaking out as the vagina hugger is impregnating her with it's seed.
After several failed attempts to remove the alien from clinging to Zoey's vagina, the paramedic is jumped by a facehugger that engulfs his face and thus Zoey is left alone with the vagina hugger while still strapped to the paramedic board. Suddenly another hugger jumps out and hugs Zoey's face, with the helpless girl now being impregnated from both ends by these alien creatures.
At this point it's only a matter of time before she gives birth to her alien offspring.
