One of the last days I had at my cabin I woke up to a rainy with blue skies day. I just couldn’t help but go outside immediately and stand naked in the rain. I ended up feeling a flow and moving my body around in whatever way felt natural, in addition to a big ol hug I gave myself and some reassuring words. 💜 Don’t forget to love on yourself today
