We use touch, sound, breath, movement and placement of awareness, as well as conversation to encourage clients to heal, process through trauma, develop healthier sexual practices and habits, develop healthier relationships with others, partners and their own self image and so much more! I am beginning the practical part of my studies and will be needing people to practice on as I move forward.
