

Sports are very important for me in my daily life π For a long time I tried different sports from tennis to Thai boxing ππ₯ But I gave my preference to the gym πͺ When my muscles are sore and I don't have the energy for new strength exercises, I prefer to go to stretching or Pilates π€ΈββοΈ For me it is not less challenging but very relaxing πβ¨ It also helps me not to miss my scheduled workouts βπ»
