



Busy diving into an owner-assisted annual inspection ✈️— learning every nut, bolt, and system to care for my plane the right way.
So far, I’ve:
✅ Removed the wheels/brakes and cleaned/greased the bearings.
✅ Performed gear extension and emergency gear extension tests.
✅ Changed the oil and inspected the filter for metal debris.
✅ Tested the ELT.
…and so much more! Loving the process, getting my hands dirty, and understanding what keeps my bird flying safely.
During the compression test, we found a burnt exhaust valve, so cylinder 3 is off for an overhaul. Let’s just say the invoice will be an adventure of its own 😅
