🫣 Oh no, Vanessa is back. 🫣I’ve written about this girl many times on my OF. She’s a Romanian girl with so many client complaints about her service. We’ve fired her a few times already. But we have this stupid motto: "Every girl deserves a second chance."We apply this rule especially when the issue is the quality of service (not something more serious like stealing money—in those cases, we’re much stricter, of course). So, we basically never fire the girls forever. Instead, we temporarily suspend them from renting rooms for a few months, and then they can come back. Usually, it helps.But with Vanessa, this is already her fifth chance. Still no improvement.Now she’s back again. On her second night after returning, she comes to my office. She tells me she just had a "stupid client" and describes how he was requesting some unrealistic sex positions—"I’m not doing the Kama Sutra here, Kate..."I wasn’t sure why she was explaining in detail what went wrong with the client. But then the real reason emerged… she was preemptively complaining about the client in case he actually decided to come to me and complaint. She assumed he would.Luckily for her, he didn’t.But basically, she just came to my office to convict herself of bad service :)... What a "great" strategy 🫠
