

I’ve been going through a bit of weight gain after my last knee surgery (and needing 2 more to actually fix my knee). not being able to run and burn calories like i used to, i put on 20-25 pounds and haven’t felt super comfortable with myself. but i’ve gotten into a routine and knocked off 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks. still got another 10-15 to go to get to where i want to be but- this is just to say that i’m getting back into content posting shape. I’ve just been a little upset with myself and my work/workout ethic recently. But i’m trying to get back to it. So I appreciate you guys for sticking around. I’ve been trying to make more content for @toomuchscotty and will be crushing it soon! ❤️
