Something as simple as bathing is definitely self care. Ever gone longer than a couple days without a shower? Or weeks? I'll fill you in if you haven't. It's miserable 🤣
I've had my fair share of baby wipe baths during my time in the Army. That first shower after spending two weeks out in the field was glorious. I'm not in the Army anymore, but when I'm feeling down, I take a long hot shower. Always does the trick 😉
