Added 2025-04-16 15:58:22 +0000 UTCMy deepest apologies everyone, last night I was having one of my Breathing problems. I have PSTD due to a breathing difficulty I had many years ago and now whenever I have a breathing problem my anxiety kicks in and makes me panic.
I should've sent out a message saying I have to reschedule but I was too deep into my routine to relax myself otherwise I'd have to go to the E.R and I didn't want to go through that nightmare again.
I'm feeling much better now, on that note I'm going to try again later on today.
