Isabel thought she had it figured out; play it cool, bite her lip, and maybe the tickling wouldn’t get to her. But the second it hit her feet, that little charade went out the window. Her toes twitched, her breath caught, and before she knew it, the giggles came pouring out, light and frantic, like she couldn’t believe what was happening. She squirmed, shook her head, tried to keep it together, but her feet gave her up in ways her shy mind wasn’t ready for. She didn’t want to crack, didn’t want to give the tickler the satisfaction, but her feet weren’t taking orders. Silly girl; she thought she could win.
