Silly life update: I've been trying to improve my sleep the past 2-3 weeks by getting a new pillow and a topper from pandalondon. But it has been a complete failure, although the memory foam topper did feel good engulfing my stuffed belly when sleeping on my side, my body at over 300 pounds sinks too much in the bed and causing my neck to feel uncomfortable. Hence I will be returning everything and going back to my old setup and ikea pillow haha. Any suggestions from heavy side sleepers or anyone that has similar experiences would be more than welcome 🤗
(Also if you want more fat lifestyle updates like this, I could try to keep notes and share them with you every time I stumble upon a situation 🙈)
