I went to PT for 9 months, and my jaw has been pretty good for a while now. Basically my teeth can’t be corrected without jaw surgery because my jaw is so far apart. My two options are: 1 leave everything how it is and just get retainers. 2 have braces for 18 months, then jaw surgery, then braces for several more months. And this might not just be a decision based on aesthetics because only my back molars are touching. Which means I might grind my teeth down to nothing in the future. It’s Monday again! Yesterday I went on such a peaceful and restorative hike. I really want to find some good wildflowers, so I spent some time researching where to go.
