Hey friends, I wanted to share a little glimpse of how I've been spending my days lately, and it's been quite a journey. Every morning, I used to wake up and find solace in a can of Coca-Cola, keeping myself occupied with snacks like chips or chocolates. But today, I had a moment of realization - I've been harboring self-pity, and that's something incredibly destructive. Yes, my gym membership expired, and my phone broke down, but that's no reason to let myself crumble. It's not a reason to spend days at home indulging in unhealthy food. I even stopped looking in the mirror, let alone taking pictures. It's been almost 10 days without exercise and discipline, and I can't even remember the last time I washed my hair, maybe also close to 10 days. Even though my gym membership is quite expensive, and three days at the gym cost $150, I've decided that now is the time to change. I've decided to take a shower, wash my hair, put on some workout gear, and hit the gym. It's time to get back on track, start moving towards a more positive future, and reprogram myself for positivity. Of course, I'll keep sharing moments like these with all of you. I love being my true self, and I'm determined to embrace it once again ❤️❤️❤️

I can't help but cringe at how obsessed I used to be with the quality of my photos and the routine of sharing my journey with you all. Now, I'm left wondering, "What's next?" But you know what? Life throws curveballs at all of us, and it's completely okay to hit a rough patch. We all stumble on our journey, but that doesn't mean we can't get back on track. Today, I want to remind myself and everyone else that everything happens for a reason. I would have still missed my flight if it had been in a different month. I'm grateful that I could change my ticket for some extra money. I'm thankful for being able to go to the gym and work on my legs. Even though I felt exhausted and low on energy, I gave it 50% effort, and I genuinely tried. Now, I'm at the airport for the second time, realizing that I haven't always been this positive and grateful in every situation. I'm reminded once again that there's always a choice: to be positive or to dwell in sadness, frustration, or stress. But I'm choosing positivity. Thank you all so much for your support 🙏

No teaser photos today I’m so sorry 😢 📸 My day started with a bag of chips, 150g with 79g of fat and 790 calories. I realized that bulking up isn't for me. I felt so comfy in oversized clothes, but when I put on a bikini, everything changed. I didn't even want to leave the changing room. But I headed to the gym and did 20 minutes on the stepper. Even though I was quick, my favorite sneakers got ruined in the laundry, but I covered the yellow stains with white marker. You always have a choice to make your day better or worse. I chose to keep moving forward. 💪👟
