Let me share this with you my ladies , I wasn’t always confident with myself and with all honesty I’m still very shy ☺️, when I was in high school the boys use to pick on me that I had big ears for my face and very skinny long legs they called me sticks and Topo gigio 🐭 Also coming from a separation and a toxic relationship I truly had a trauma but since I started modeling , competing with the WBFF I started to love more myself the way I’m and accept more. We are not perfect people and that’s okay our flaws makes us beautiful and sometimes even charming . I never did the ear surgery that I wanted soooo bad for my ears I just accepted it lol 😂 I’m just sharing this because it feels good sometimes to accept yourself the way you are ❤️🌹 I do have filler on my lips and Botox to make my looks a little better 😃 I’m an open book person have nothing to hide and don’t feel ashamed to tell the thruth 🙏🏼 I want always empower women in special my tribe of women @legendary.bodies to see their own beauty , THE BEAUTY IS IN YOU 👸🏼🌸 much love 😘

5 x 20 hip thruster with hip abductors at the top

I watched this divas coming with all wings , amazing dresses and I said I want to be like that , I want to wear wings like Victoria secrets 🤗❤️
I love it since my first competition , special having the executive president Miss @allisondillett giving her speech made the difference for me staying in the federation I felt part of a family and knew in my heart I had purpose.
Sooo many people have told me that this wasn’t for me, soo many didn’t believe me so I thank you those because you just made me want more. 🦁
Six years have passed and this become part of my life and today I represent WBFF IM 2x MISS DIVA BIKINI WORLD 35 plus , I didn’t give up on my dream I took the fall many times, I got upset sooo many times, I doubt it sooo many times , but I have always had this fire 🔥 inside of me saying don’t give up you will get there.
I Also become a coach and posing coach where I can share my passion for the federation with other women, my goal is to teach everything I know so you can be a better athlete a better ambassador ❤️ not only nutrition and exercises all the details of it and I do think I’m one of the best at it .
Winning the best team of the year @legendary.bodies with my partner in crime @tjhoban that today is also a coach and pro athlete was an awesome opportunity for us ❤️ we are grateful for the reward .

MY OWN TRANSFORMATION 🔥 We were all BEGINNERS until become a PRO, until become the BEST VERSION of OURSELVES 👑, I started fitness because I needed a purpose In my life , coming from a toxic relationship divorce, Broken heart , depression, I was 23 years old when I got married in Your past doesn’t define you it strength you ❤️
I started competing after my divorce and accident in a trampoline where I lost my major ligament and had to replace with patela cadaver. Today if you follow me is something I have to deal in my daily bases I have redone all my ligaments is my right knee. I have never use my physical problem as an excuse I use it as a strength of battling with myself . I chose a different path I used my pain into strength mentally . Fitness is soooo much more mental than physical it is a competition with you only YOU .
If you are reading this I want you to know that you can do whatever you put yourself into it , you choose your goal and your target . And you have the power to control yourself and to say no . dedication, persistence it will get you there , there is no magic pill , there is a lot a hard work . It’s Been almost ten years , that I’m on Instagram and fitness and I put myself out there and share my journey to motivate and inspire people like you and to push myself harder . Couldn’t have done this without my love 😍 , my doctor I’m grateful for all of you on my journey .
