Good morning everyone. I am doing a lot better now. Just got back to eating well yesterday. I have to let my digestive system get back on track. If all goes well, I'll go live Friday night. I lost about 7lbs throughout the week from being sick. I have to try and regain some weight now.

Well I'm almost feeling normal. No more pains and aches. Still a little tired. Now for some other news, a good friend of mine passed away after a serious car accident. So, I guess I just went from one pain to another. RIP. You'll be missed.

Hello everyone. I hope all is well. Yesterday I caught covid. So, its been a fun ride over this last 24 hours. I'll try and post when I'm awake to let everyone know how things are going.
