Welllll…I thought I might have some B/G content. One of my affairs contacted me out of the blue, first time in 3-4 yrs. I had dinner with him. His wife had kicked him out a couple weeks ago. Met one of my deadlines today! I’ve been unbelievably stressed!😫 I’ve worked every single day since last Tuesday, even Sat & Sun full days. The house contract was signed. So much legal stuff all pro builder. They wouldn’t hold the property even wit the deposit until they received the signed contract in 6 hrs🙄. You’re basically playing by their rules if you want the property. Now🤞🏻no issues pop up. It’s already fully built. Just made financial sense since they were offer $20k in seller credits AND they’re offering a 30 yr lock rate of 6.25%. And I can use part of the $20k to buy down my rate to the low mid 5% range. Inventory in my area is very low 1.4 mth supply. Other houses and townhomes are going for about the same price point, but I couldn’t get that rate down without shelling out $$$$$. I’m super excited about getting out of the tiny apartment. My ex will be happy I’m getting the remainder of my things out of his house 😂. Thankfully we have a good relationship, no animosity or anger between us. Sad to hear so many divorces don’t go so well and spouses despise each other 🙁. I’m off to bed. Have a great night 😘

Looked over my townhouse contract, good grief…71 pages of legal writing 🙄. It’s one of those you play by their rules if you want the home and cross your fingers nothing happens. So I signed them😬. I got dressed then wasn’t digging the sweater with the pants so had to change😄. Loving my tricep😁 I’ve been renting my apartment since I split with my ex over 2 yrs ago. My lease is up in April. Last year, they went up on my rent despite them having other 1st floor 1 bedroom units available $200+ less than what I’m paying now. And I even called the corporate office with other comparable apartments and they still refused to drop the price. I have a feeling I’ll be dealing with the same issue. And they won’t let me move into another 1 bedroom unit. I’ve decided a couple months back that I think I want to purchase a townhome. My anxiety is up as I’ve been looking for a place. I was considering a new community with move in ready place and they’re offering buyers credits. Working with the builders lender and working numbers only to finally get the payment down to what’s comfortable and it as already under contract 😫. This is not for the faint of heart 😬

Did CrossFit in the morning. Started with 115 sumo deadlift and last round ended with 160lbs😁 💪🏻🏋️♂️. And all that was after about 7 min warmup. It was a good mix of strength and cardio. Still have to be careful with my back. You don’t feel it when when you have the endorphins pumping 😬
