Another long day at work. I’m definitely going to be working this weekend 😩. Been pushing 11 hr days this week. Wanted to share a couple projects I’ve actually completed around the house. There was an empty space between vanity and shower. Plus the vanity had zero drawers. Got this little cabinet and with some modifications I was able to get it to fit in the small space. Other than being frustrated with the neighbor crap I ended up taking the entire side off vs notching out the wall corner. I glued it back. I hung a couple towel racks. Pretty much kept the room setup. I still have some projects, but working this weekend. Hopefully I get to do some gardening soon.

Some days are just hard. I am a strong woman, but sometimes things just become too much. 😢. Yes. At the end of the workout the online trainer always gives motivational inspirational words. I started crying. She was just saying you are strong and you can do this and you deserve it.

Good evening. Rushing this morning for a meeting and forgot to take pics so took some tonight. Wish I had time to play and video. Maybe later this week. One of my friends sent me a vid of a woman sitting on a man’s face. He wants me to do that next time we’re together. I’ve included our exchange. We were talking about a couple guys I’ve met over the weekend, but just not feeling anything. I was telling my friend that I wasn’t necessarily physically attracted to him, but how excited he gets being with me makes him attractive to me. Thought you may enjoy the exchange and don’t think your partners need to be drop dead gorgeous or 10/10. Average works with the right energies. 😘

Happy Easter 🐣. Sheriffs been to my place twice today 🙄. Pia neighbor bitching about my music being too loud. The first time I told the cop I wanted to establish an acceptable level then. We did and he went in his way. I was surprised to see him the 2nd time. This time there was 2 sheriffs so one was in neighbors place while I adjusted the volume. After several times lowering it. I got pissed and shut soundbar off and it was just the TV. I said that was unacceptable for me. 😤. We have shared walls. He’s going to accept a certain level of sound😠

I really am impressed with my backside. With the mirror angle I’m able to see it more and I think it actually looks good 😊. Is there room for improvement, yes absolutely 😘. I was so reluctant to get an Apple Watch, but now I’m able to use it as ammunition of facts when my neighbor starts cussing me for my music being too loud. Normal conversation is 60-70 decibels, vacuum cleaner 70-80, and a noisy restaurant is 80-90. In my own home I was 70-90. Found out from the construction manager there 12” solid wall and insulation between the townhouse. I’m not going to let him bully me and I’m to going to stoop to cussing him out. I will simply present the facts along wit no mention of noise in covenants. He’s just going to have to deal with it or soundproof his own house because I think he’s being unreasonable 😏

I was working on a project in the upstairs bathroom and I wasn’t stopping when I heard him yelling at me. Then saw the notification on my ring doorbell cam and he’s at my front door cussing me up and down as he paces. Well he’s just gonna have to get over it because I looked up the covenants and nothing is said about loud music. Only mention of noise is barking dogs and no outside sounds systems or sirens unrelated to security. And I know the county ordinance is 10pm weekdays and 11 pm for weekends and loud noise. So fuck him😏. I. WILL NOT BE BULLIED!

You’d think moving into a new place is exciting. Well…apparently, I had my music playing too loud. I met the neighbors in the driveway on Sat. So later the afternoon the guy comes over says music is too loud. Actually said it was the bass. I turned it down heard nothing the rest of the afternoon. It was on same setting sun when I turned it on and actually turned it down another 2 notches. About 5.30 (I turned it on at 10.30), he comes over saying it’s too loud. This time saying he can hear the words and the bass. I said I’d turned it down less than the day before and didn’t think it was an issue because he didn’t come back over. Then he continued bitching. Finally I said you have to expect some level of noise because we have shared walls. Well he didn’t like that comment threatening to call HOA and how he knows the county sheriff and he’d call them on me🙄. His wife’s getting ready to have a baby and at some point I said so when the baby’s wailing away can I come knocking on your door. That probably didn’t help the situation,but at that point I was irritated. I think he’s being irrational. I said I wasn’t living in silence. I said I had zero issues at the apartment complex and I had the volume all the way up and never any complaints from neighbors above or beside me. 🤬. That’s just put me in a pissy mood since that last exchange.

Was supposed to wear the compression garment today, but forgot to hit start on the washer🤦🏼♀️. I basically do laundry daily because I’m wearing this thing 24/7. Started working out last week, but took off a couple days with the move. I hit quads and lower body pretty hard and I could barely walk😬😩😄. Basically, 3 weeks off workouts and you wouldn’t think it’d be that big of a deal, but I was struggling through some workouts. Got the rug down and furniture in place and it looks crowded ☹️. The recliner is crammed up against the wall. I don’t want to buy new furniture! I’ve had the couch probably 12 yrs. It’s quality and is still in very good condition. I may just have to deal with it, just disappointed. I don’t rvrn have the plant stand or curio cabinet in the room. They’re not going to fit on the rug area. Still so much to do!

I questioned my surgical nurse who did my skin tightening procedure that I’m not seeing results, she chucked and said she went to town on my legs and that I just need to trust the overall process 😄, including the face and neck too. Omg…what a weekend! Everything is now moved in. Request help to put things up😄. Thankfully, found a couple guys when I rented the U-Haul truck that actually showed up Sunday morning. The truck was really too small and weren’t able to get the dozen boxes. However, after unloading the guy convinced me to go back and get the boxes (apt to house was only 1/2 mi). I was ever so grateful!!!! The other good news is lost 5 lbs😄, barely ate anything except protein bars and fruit and on the move the entire day. Slept on the floor the night before furniture delivered. 😄

Today was a good day until it wasn’t a good day☹️. Got appliances delivered, internet installed, saw some deer out back. I boxed up a good bit of the apartment… by myself. Was planning on having movers move it. However, after getting a quote and booking movers for Sat afternoon, I get a call 30minutes later they doubled my rate and couldn’t do it. This was after I cancelled my usual. 🤬 Well I got some shit done myself. Borrowed the work truck and dolly. I’m fucking tired and frustrated. I booked another U-Haul and some helpers for Sunday morning. Hopefully, things go smoothly

Moved more items to the new place. I’ve realized there are zero linen closets and zero drawers on the bathrooms 😩🙄 so having to look at more strategic cabinet organizers. No coat closet so been looking for an armoire. I’d rather buy second hand than purchase something new. However, it’s difficult when you don’t have someone to help you to go and pick up and unload the item. 😞. Great new is I’m off tomorrow and appliances and internet will be installed 🙌🏻😁

Financial reports submitted!!! Woohoo 🙌🏻 it was tough. One deadline done, 2 more critical ones to go. Still some other reports need done, but they aren’t as critical and aren’t reported to corporate. Off on Friday as I’m getting appliances delivered and internet service installed. Still need to make the big move of everything else in the apartment. I haven’t scheduled the U-Haul yet as I haven’t had time to pack up the stuff that’s still being used. 😩 I want to be fully moved in this weekend, just don’t think it’ll happen

Was back in the office today. Glad I worked all that I did last week. Financials are due to corporate tomorrow. About 3 hours today was ste up with interruptions and people camping out in my office wanting to chitchat 😖. Normally, I don’t mind, but just wayyyy too much to get done.
