Bien , me veo en la obligación de hacer un post exclusivamente para explicar a esa gente que aún no entiende y se piensa que vive al margen de la ley que la difusión de fotos intimas sean lícitas (consentidas o de redes sociales) tanto ilícitas (qué me hagan por ejemplo una foto desnuda sin yo darme cuenta) esta penado y cada vez con cargos mayores , hoy en día sigue habiendo gente que va de lista intntando ahorrarse lo que cuesta un onlyfans y eso les puede salir más caro, existen mil grupos en mil redes la cuales tnemos conocimiento y mayoritariamente están denunciadas, a día de hoy e denunciado a varias personas del grupo de Telegram / Discord / reddit etc en l cual mandaban fotos mias entre mas fotos de diversas chicos y esos chicos a pesar de estar en sitios “seguros” y creer que están fuera de peligro o de rastreo fueron rastreados y siguiendo la ley llegamos a juicio el cual gane , no os confundáis , no lo digo a modo de amenaza lo digo a modo de que os conciéncieis que por muy gracioso que sea comentar la foto de alguna chica en vuestro grupo de colegas eso puede salir caro , hablando de onlyfans concretamente muchos estáis equivicados diciendo “ si lo subes te arriesgas a que se difunda “ si es cierto el riesgo está pero es algo ilegal Y quien lo difunda y sea pillado será denunciado y creerme mucha gente nos chiva quien manda que a cada foro , only fans no es una red social pública es privada por algo es de pago , por lo que nosotros no tnemos contrato ni hemos cedido nuestra imagen a la plataforma como hacen por ejemplo las actores porno que ceden su imagen a la productora , esto no es lo mismo ahí veis que está penado , todo seria mucho más fácil si realmente supieseis respetar (la mayoría me consta que lo hacen ) porque me sale que 12/13 personas son los que hacen las capturas porque sale en onlyfans gracias a su actualización , pero muchos se quejan por no ver cosas explícitas , aprovecho para repetir que no soy actriz porno y porque vosotros pageis no tneis el derecho de exigir algo , el contnido es el mío y vosotros soy libres de elegir si queréis pagar o no.
