Devil May Cry
Let's face it, I'm an absolute slut for Dante. While all my gamer friends always pined over Leon from Resident Evil, Dante was always my video game crush. Though this anime isn't particularly notable unless you're a DMC fan, it is a fun freelance detective anime dealing with the supernatural. We get to see Dante kick more ass and for me that's enough haha. It's cool and not very long. Check it out if you've got the free time.

I cannot recommend this anime enough. a 29-year-old aspiring manga artist has this special power, he can usually see things a few minutes before they happen. When he gets caught up in a crime from his past, his power manifests in a big way and throws him back in time in order to solve the case of a murder gone long cold. His future hinges on his ability to save a life, but can he get it right in time? more importantly what does changing the past mean for him? The use of time travel, which I find a hard concept to pull off, is executed marvelously in this anime. The character development of the MC is absolutely heart wrenching and inspiring. The anime is absolutely in my top 10 all time favorites. Being only 12 episodes long and with a concise ending it's one that doesn't take too long to get to the point. I finished it in about 2 days. It's probably the best murder mystery Anime I've seen to date.

Tabby answer: I cannot touch ANYTHING right out of the shower. I have to imediately put lotion on my hands or else its just the worst feelng ever. I also can't have my nails too short or i just hate existing until they grow some. Also the sound of nail biting x.x most of mine have to do with hands and nails.

Tabby Answer: There are a lot of these for me. Puns is a big one, I'm a huge sucker for puns. I also love boxes, they make me ridiculously happy. Another one is bridges, I have this really big fascination with bridges of any size. It prolly comes from playing in creeks as a kid and looking for ways to get across.

Servamp
A mix of silly and seriousness, this vampire anime is lots of fun. It has one of the coolest anime intros I've ever heard (if you like metal that is!). It's a bit of a role reversal as the vampires are servants (hence the kind of punny name) who can form magic contracts with humans. They're also based after the 7 deadly sins. Sleepy Ash or Kuro (the one in blue) is based around Sloth. I really love the art style of this anime. It is a bit troupey but if you're looking for an anime that doesn't require you get too mentally involved, I had a lot of fun with this one. Instead of a second season, it ended up getting a movie! One of my all time favorite american voice actors also plays the main antagonist! I absolutely plan to do a gender-bent cosplay of Kuro!
