Got a couple customs done today, went to my moms birthday dinner, and now Iโm finally relaxing in bed ! I love getting together with my family and playing games while eating great food. A lot of my family members have birthdays close to the holidays and after, so itโs always feeling like a big party lol! I wanted to add something new to my post, my cheesecake recipe!! Ingredients 3 tubs whipped cream cheese Splash of vanilla extract Sweetened condensed milk 1 pack of Skor bits Caramel sauce Honey Graham cracker crumbs 2tbsp of melted butter Preheat oven to 400 Add Graham crumbs to the cheesecake pan, and slowly add in the melted butter, mix well, you want it to be crumbly and not wet, press down lightly to fit the bottom of pan, donโt press it too tight ! In a mixing bowl add the whipped cream cheese, splash of vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk, I hand mix with a spoon for 1-2 mins. Add in half pack of skor bits and mix again, just until itโs all combined. Pour the mixture on top of the crust in pan, smooth it out Put cheesecake into the oven for 30-40 minutes, you will know itโs ready when the middle doesnโt jiggle when you shake it, cracking on the sides is fine, even some light browning, When complete take the cheesecake out and cover top with caramel sauce, i drizzle it all over and then add the other half of the skor bits on top, put into the fridge overnight or at least 6 hrs, make sure you add something like a dishtowel under it so it doesnโt burn your fridge shelving โฅ๏ธ ENJOY ! ๐ฐ
