Here I was rehearsing the first part of the 4th block of my Cannonball show, a special version of "Slave To The Funk" I love, but this was the first time hearing it in a long time, so the struggle was real 😅 but you'll see I got soon on the right path. Morning guys, the day is coming, I'll have my showcase tomorrow but before that it's time to clean up 💈💇🏻♂️ I'm not sure if I mentioned this before, but I do my own hair and beard. Learnt to cut hair at a friend's saloon in the early 80s. I used to go visit her and chat and she ended up teaching me. I thought it would come in handy because at that time one of my possible paths was movie making, and I've been always interested in SFX make up. But that's another story, back to this haha 🤪 I used to trim my hair and beard until I found an excellent barber in Madrid (around 2009) who convinced me to leave it longer and taught me how to take care of it. He was my barber until I moved to Mexico in 2016, and after 2 years of searching and trying different barbers here I gave up (it was always tragic, they just don't understand my type of hair here) and began to do it myself once again. So this was before the third photoshoot with Evert, on November 10, getting ready for my close up. He thought it was interesting and captured the moment. Tomorrow, if I don't dare to try another barber here in Vallarta I'll be doing just this in the morning, while I rehearse the songs one more time. Happy Friday! 😘❤️

Morning guys, it's #throwbackthursday so as I get on the plane to Puerto Vallarta let's go back to this nice Spanish beach one more time 🕰 It was July 2015, near Barcelona, a little cloudy but equally fantastic. Love skinny dipping, it's always a renewing experience. Hope I'll be able to at least get my feet on the water tomorrow. I'll take some pics for you. Happy Thursday! 😘❤️

It happens a lot 😳🤯 So when I saw this shirt at the Cannonball vendor market I had to get it and take pics with it. I should have filmed the third time I did it, better prepared, but I thought it'd be more fun to see the worst version of it 😅🤪 Just don't ever share it!! haha Fun fact: it's more difficult for a songwriter to remember their own lyrics. In my case it has to do with the different versions that exist in my head. I see the songs as movies in my head, rather than paper sheets. Sometimes I just can't remember the exact words. Barely noticed I had anything done in my left eye, but back pain is still persistent (it's more pain from the needles to be precise), although slowly going away. I'll restart editing once my neck and back fells less sore from all the pecking last Monday - to think I still have 2 Mondays and a Tuesday of this before my trip to Spain... Would you be my padawan? 😜💫🚀 Got this fun singlet at Cannonball, has Darth Vader's face in the back 🤪 Early today I have the second round of treatment for my back (they will be 6 in total), and if it work's like last week's I'll be jumping around and without pain by the end of the afternoon if not sooner.
