This week was actually pretty fun! 😊 I had a little hiccup along the way nothing major, just one of those unexpected moments that throws you off a bit but I still managed to stay on top of things. Proud of myself for not letting it mess up the flow. I made time to take care of me, too. Got a few solid gym sesssions in, stayed active, and tried to stay grounded even when things got a little chaotic. It’s not always easy, but I’m learning to balance the busy with the necessary little pauses. Hoping next week is even better… smoother, maybe a little kinder, and full of good energy. 🤍

This week has been a real mix of ups and downs like many of the psychological concepts we study. From stress and frustration to moments of growth and resilience, I’ve had a firsthand experience of how theory translates into reality. 💭 As a psychology student, I’ve been learning a lot about the human mind and behavior, and this week has definitely challenged me to put some of those lessons into practice. It’s not always easy to manage emotions, stay motivated, and keep pushing forward, but I’m starting to understand how important it is to embrace both the struggles and the successes.

This week has been nonstop between lectures, assignments, and drowning in psychology notes, I’ve barely had time to breathe. Uni life can be overwhelming, but no matter how busy I get, I always make sure to take care of myself whether that’s a quiet moment to unwind, slipping into something that makes me feel beautiful, or simply finding little ways to reconnect with my softer, more playful side. It’s my way of staying sane amidst the chaos and maybe giving you something sweet to look forward to, too.

Customers lingering a bit too long, familiar faces ‘coincidentally’ showing up near me every day, and my boss making odd comments about my uniform. Maybe I’m overthinking… or maybe there’s something in the air besides the smell of fresh coffee.
