Happy almost thanksgiving ;) spending it with my bestie and my sober friends ❤️❤️ my return will be very soon and it’ll be HOT I promise ❤️ I’ve been slowly getting back into work the last 2 days but remember I’m 2 weeks out of a relationship that triggered my PTSD at the end / I’ve been spending all of my time trying to stay sober, surrounding myself with my support system, decluttering & reorganizing my apt and ridding everything of my ex, and lots of therapy LOL - I’ve had 0 appetite and can hardly fall asleep most nights but I think it’s getting a little better, everything gets better in time yall and I’m a firm believer in that. Like my therapist keeps telling me, I’ve been thru way worse & survived so I’ll get thru this too!! But don’t let me fool y’all, I am sad AS FUCK and I feel like half of me is gone - maybe more than half and that’s SAD as fuckkk to me :(

Back home from Puerto Rico as of 4:20 am Monday morning bc our flight was delayed, it was helllll yall - but we are back home but plz keep in mind I’ve just gotten out of a relationship literally last week and my ex moved out so plz be patient with me - I am in my healing phase but this break up is nothinggggg like my last one and being sober has helped SO FUCKING MUCH YALL. I rly made my own life hell by drinking before - but I won’t make that same mistake again and that a promise. Maintenance is at my apt all week renovating our bathrooms so I will be spending alot of time at the beach and away from my apt/ all customs coming this weekend when I’m able to actually be at home or maybe I can do them @ night time but I might be crying in them LOL I really thought this girls trip would do the trick for me and help me get over it quick but shit takes time unfortunately, I’ve always been very impatient 😭❤️ yall
