Gonna start posting more clips from my workouts. I workout and train 6 days a week while taking 1 day off. My physique has seen many different looks and sizes over the years. Here's me repping 135lbs over my head. I'll grab some better angles eventually, but I'm not gonna be one of those dudes bringing a tripod to the gym and filming every set lol. Strength has been the bread and butter to my physique. If you want to be lean af and still maintain a decent amount of muscularity, building and maintaining strength is paramount in my experience.

First post and wave of my photoshoot w/ @briankaminski. Also, this will be the first time I start revealing and showing my face.
