Let me tell you about my life style!

I have extremely healthy habits and food preferences:
- glass of water with lemon every morning right after awake
- 2-3l. of water every day
- no smocking (never did)
- no drugs (never tried)
- vegetarian (well, pescetarian)
- no much oil
- no fried food
- no fast food
- boiled veggies and steam fish, seafood

I don't push myself to follow it, it just came to me naturally.. after ears of practicing yoga and meditations. I live to feel my body light, energized and healthy!

I ordered that great blogging+shooting tripod in the beginning of May with your tips to me, which I got fro April
and it just have arrived (took quite long)

Now I have tripod and light in once! Really handy thing :)
