I'm really nervous to go from a free account to a paid one, but I'm excited to have fewer followers so that I can really focus on messaging. Right now I have over 150 messages in my inbox and I suck at getting through them all. If I've neglected you, I'm so so sorry! Say hi to Ella, short for cruella because well, one black ear and one white. Shes so cute, but between her and my excited kids, we did not get much sleep last night 😂 I'm in love with my new little puppy. She's a Bernice mountain dog mixed with poodle. Shes the last of the litter and I got her for a steal of a deal. The breeder is a family friend and was going on vacation on Friday and needed a home for her fast. What should have been a $3500 dog was given to me for cost of shots and food for $200. I couldn't pass her up. I love puppies and deals, so it works out ❤

I didn't sleep last night because I kept thinking about my new puppy I'm getting later today. Because I didn't sleep and it was all snowy outside, I told my kids it was a show day and let them miss school. I then slept until 11 am while they watched cartoons. Total mom fail today 😅 (Don't worry, I'm not normally like this. This is the first day they've missed this quarter. We're usually good school goers)

Ok ok, i get it. In the pic I'm smiling. But truth be told, I'm drowning in motherhood. I'm feeling defeated as a single parent and am just missing that person to talk to about how my kids are doing. I feel so alone with having to make all the decisions by myself and see all of the places I'm failing as a mom. I can't wait for the day when I'm no longer flying solo.
