Whenever I take a nap during the day, I tend to have the weirdest dreams. I was so tired and needed to take one today but I hate it 😂 both because of the weird dreams and also because it gets me so confused waking up at 6 pm haha.

Some people are afraid of the sun. And I mean, I get it, but sun itself is not the problem. The sun is a medicine and like with any medicine, you wouldn’t just eat a whole pack of it at once, because you would overdose.
So just a reminder, the warmer months are coming soon and you should slowly build up your sun tolerance, ideally before summer. When I’ve done that properly one year, I was able to stay in the hottest months august all naked in my garden sungazing for the whole day - everyday without getting burned (and no sunscreen) 🌞
