Hey guys!! I’m sick as a dog right now :( I have the Flu 💔 but I have to be better by Wednesday because I’m doing a spot on Casey Rocket’s show in Chicago at a SOLD OUT Zanies!!! This a big show for me :) it’s a honor he’s having me. So, I’m sleeping all day today & tomorrow, I’ll be better. I’m already feeeling better than yesterday.
So, since I’m in my “new material era” and I’m going to be posting less jokes on instagram so I can really build a up a strong 20 minutes that people haven’t heard before. I have a ton of jokes that aren’t out there but it’s a matter of making them better & also working on finding my voice on stage. They say years 2-6 of comedy is when you “find your voice.” I’m 2 years and 2 months in, I feel like I’m going through standup puberty lollll.
This video is unedited, raw footage of a 10 minute set I did at the end of January. It has some of the same jokes as my OF “mini special” and some different ones. In my honest opinion, I liked this set & show more than the OF one. Smaller room, can hear the laughs wayyyy better than the OF taping. I’m sharing this because as a nerd of standup, I think it’s interesting to see how each show is different and the vibes can vary greatly. Same joke that kills in one room can bomb in the next. It really is an energy exchange. It’s 50% having funny jokes and 50% connecting with the room. I’m just happy you guys are supporting my journey ✨✨

I straightened my hair & hated it. I’ll never do that again lol. But I had the most beautiful day with my 3 best friends 💕 we smoked a fat blunt and walked in the woods & then got a big dinner. Perfect perfect day. (Between me & you guys, I ran bits by them but did it conversationally so they didn’t know I was testing jokes on them, & they laughed ✅)

Heyyy here’s a little glimpse of what this past weekend was like 🫧🫧💘 I didn’t record much because I was having so much fun. Heath Cordes absolutely rules & the headliner Mo Alexander was an inspiration to watch. Sorry the video ends so abruptly, and this might be out of pocket but Nebraska has some MILFS for reallll so if anyone is around the ages of 30-55 & is looking for love I suggest taking a gander around ‘braska. Thats the short way to say Nebraska that is really cool & will make you seem like you know about the local culture. So go to a bar and without looking up from your drink, ask a lady how long she’s lived in ‘braska. Then don’t look at her until too long after she answers so there’s a bit of a pause. The conclusions drawn from that pause in a woman’s mind will vary woman to woman, but you’ll learn a lot about her nature & character in that moment. Monday I’m going to say goodbye to this IPHONE 10 I’ve had for 5 years 😅. It has 1 camera!! You guys are gonna get Leyla in high definition isn’t that great? 😂 I’m just feeling so grateful I’m in a position were I can buy myself a new phone. That’s pretty cool, I’ve needed a new phone for a while but haven’t been able to afford it. This will make clips & reels on Instagram so much better and my pictures and everything.
