Why am I only squatting with 10lb each side? Well, if I’m honest my squat form needs a lot of work. I have an anterior pelvic tilt, lower back problems, and tight muscles. So I lowered the weight, dropped my ego, and will be working on form for a while. Notice my little butt wink at the bottom. Gotta fix it. But it rocked my legs to go lower.
