While it is a fairly minor holiday in Mexico, in the United States, Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a commemoration of Mexican culture and heritage, particularly in areas with large Mexican-American populations. In honor of today I’ve made a refreshingly spicy mix you can celebrate with everyone 💃 🇲🇽 this drink packs a punch and is fairly simple to make. Cocktail Rating-3 Cucumber Habanero 🌶 Punch 💥 🥊 * 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced * ½ cup lime juice * 1 ½ cups tequila * 1/2 cup orange 🍊 juice * ½ cup triple sec * ½ cup lemon-lime sparkling water * 2 tablespoon habanero simple syrup * Coarse salt (optional) * 1 medium lime, sliced

The Mint Julep dates back to 1783, and was officially tied to the Kentucky Derby in 1938, when it was declared the official drink of the sporting event. Mint is highlighted here, for a refreshing, sipping drink, made to enjoy while watching horse races, or whatever sport you enjoy ! Cocktail-Rating: 2 – so easy to make ! The Drink: 2 ounces bourbon whiskey – I used Maker’s Mark Simple syrup 2 Tablespoons of water Mint leaves 🍃 Drop 6 mint leaves, water and simple syrup, and muddle together. Add ice and Maker’s Mark, stir together, add some mint sprigs and enjoy !

The Whiskey Sour officially dates back to the 1860’s, but sailors in the British Navy had been drinking something very similar long before that, so it’s hard to pin down who actually invented this tangy, delicious cocktail. Bartenders often used egg whites in cocktails to give them a rich, creamy texture, along with a smooth head of foam, and this cocktail definitely benefits from both. The egg white is optional, so for all my vegan loves out there, you can skip this step and still enjoy this cocktail with me ! 💋😋 Rating: 5 – this one is a bit tougher to make, keeping the yolk out of the mix ! The Drink: 2 ounces Maker’s Mark ½ ounce simple syrup ¾ ounce lemon juice 1 egg white Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Put the Hawthorne strainer on the top of your cocktail shaker, and pour into a coup long stemmed glass. Don’t forget to tip your bartender !

💋 Getting into the Easter spirit for all my bunny loves out there ! Today I’m featuring a yummy decadent martini, the Cottontail Martini. This is such a perfect and gorgeous introduction into spring and warmer days ahead, with ingredients like sweet pineapple juice and delicious shredded coconut to helps us hop into a perfect Easter Sunday. 🥰🐰🐣 Rating: this one is a 5, there are a few more steps ! The drink: 1.5 ounces vanilla vodka 1.5 ounces coconut rum 2 ounces half and half ½ ounce cream of coconut A splash of pineapple juice Honey and chopped sweetened coconut You’re going to dip this martini in the shredded coconut, so start with putting some into a dish. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, combine the vodka, coconut rum, half and half, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Put some honey on the rim of your martini glass, and dip the glass into the coconut. Pour your cocktail into the martini glass, and enjoy! Don’t forget to tip your favorite bunny ! 🐰🥰💋

Negroni may look sweet, but it’s anything but – it has strong, bitter notes, with no syrup masking anything. The stronger and bolder, the better I like it ! 😘😋💋 Rating : 3 The Drink: 1 ounce gin 1 ounce Campari 1 ounce sweet vermouth - I used Cocchi Vermouth in my version of the Negroni, which has sweet, amber notes. It's easy to be inspired by these basketball players, they definitely bring their whole heart as well as amazing athletic skills to this tournament. 🤩🏀 Let’s go Ramblers 🥳 🏀 I’ll be rooting along side with sister jean 😂 Rating: 1 - this one is super easy ! The Drink : make a big pitcher of this yummy drink for all your friends ! add ice, orange slices and strawberry slices to a large pitcher. pour in some Jameson, however much you feel like ! It's a party ! 😘🍹 pour in some Vodka - I used kettle 1 jigger of peach schnapps some pineapple juice add ginger ale, enough to fill 3/4 of the pitcher stir it all together, and add marinated orange and strawberry slices. This is one of new favorite concoctions 👌🏼😜 Don't forget to tip your favorite bartender ! Maybe next time I'll dress up as a cheerleader................. ideas ! 😘🏀💋💋
