I was starting to feel a little tight so I decided why not bust out a little stretch. Luckily our bodies don’t require us to be at the gym in order to stretch, it can be done anywhere and anytime. Stretching is honestly such an underrated function and works wonders for the body. We use our lower body constantly, so don’t forget to treat it right every once in a while.

Tennis ball tactics: My high school coach would always break these out for us to practice with. We’d try our best to juggle 3-5 times, but would ultimately just be a complete mess. However, once we went back to normal soccer balls, our touch was better than it’s ever been. In conclusion, practice on a smaller ball to minimize your room for error.
