Variety is the spice of life. Works muscles in different ways. Example for biceps: cable hammer curls, incline dumbbell curls, high cable curls, behind the back cable curls, smith machine toss curls. Have some fun with it

Pulled my oblique last week. After ice and rest now I’m onto foam rolling. If it hurts, you need it and if it doesn’t hurt, it’s working. This one with the knobs is a bit more intense (rumble roller) so ease into it with a proper foam roller.
PS they sell small ones at 5 below.

Reasons you don’t have bigger calves… do you tell yourself you’ll train calves at the end of leg day? DON’T DO THAT. Train calves like other muscles. Drop sets, different exercises, sets, and reps. Burn them bitches out. Comment below if you need exercises to do!

Peep the glutes post leg day. Did a strip set on leg press today and got a new PR. A strip set is a continual drop set. You drop the weight and go to failure, drop the weight again to failure, rinse and repeat.
